Located just 25 miles from downtown Salt Lake City and averaging more than 500 inches of snowfall per year, Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort is a ski-in, ski-out retreat that offers a variety of lodging, dining, and most especially year-round sporting and big mountain experiences at the top of Utah. In the winter, the resort is known worldwide for its skiing and snowboarding terrain. In the summer, it has a number of amusement park attractions, along with a variety of hiking and mountain biking trails. Snowbird is a scenic 45-minute drive from the airport, in the heart of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Little Cottonwood Canyon, one mile down canyon from Alta. The top of the resort is 11,000-foot Hidden Peak and the lowest point on the mountain is the bottom of Baby Thunder chairlift at 7,760 feet. - “The Cliff” is the primary accommodation for the conference. The nightly price is $249 for single or double occupancy and includes choice of canyon or mountain view.

Transportation
from Salt Lake City International Airport
Take I-80 east to I-215 south. Take Exit 6 (6200 South) and go east on 6200 South, toward the mountains. This road will lead you straight to UT-210 and up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Snowbird. Transportation from the Airport directly to Snowbird is available through Canyon Transport.
from Downtown Salt Lake City
Go west on 500 South to I-15 and head south. Exit at I-215 heading east. Get off at Exit 6 (6200 South) and go east on 6200 South, toward the mountains. This road will lead you straight to UT-210 and up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Snowbird.
from Park City and Points East
Take UT-224 west and north to I-80. On I-80, head west toward the Salt Lake Valley. Take Exit 130 to I-215 south. Get off at Exit 6 (6200 South) and go east on 6200 South, toward the mountains. This road will lead you straight to UT-210 and up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Snowbird.
from Points South
Take I-15 north to Exit 295 (9000 South). Turn right onto 9000 South. This street becomes 9400 South, which takes you to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Go right on UT-210. Six miles to Snowbird.
Carpooling, Uber, Lyft or Taxi
Snowbird incentivizes carpooling to the resort through preferred parking spots near the Snowbird Center. Rideshare and taxi services are also an available option. Please be aware of current road conditions & UDOT canyon driving requirements before using a rideshare service to Snowbird. It may be difficult to call a rideshare or taxi services for down canyon travel.

Utah Transport Authority (UTA) provides many ski bus pickup locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley.
Alta Access
Alta Shuttle will offer continuous loops every 30 minutes from The Cliff Lodge bus stop and Albion Base at the top of Alta. For more information regarding availability and frequency, please visit your hotel concierge.
