  • All Academy members, MAE faculty, spouses, and guests are invited to join the 2025 Academy Golf Challenge on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Participants are responsible for their entry fees, which will be paid directly to the golf club.

Future-Ready Lab Renovation Campaign

Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is achieving new heights — literally — with the Satellite Research Team’s successful launch last March. And the future is just as bright. Thanks to alumni in the Academy of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineers, all alumni and friends can be part of our “Future Ready” matching funds campaign that will upgrade our most important experiential learning laboratories so that all students graduating from this department have as much relevant experience as possible to face the challenges of tomorrow.

Online Option

Academy members can join the Induction Dinner program and Membership Meeting virtually via an online link free of charge. Please select the ticket type “Online” when you register for the event.

Induction Dinner

Dinner will be served buffet-style this year.

Spouse/Guest Event

Spouses and guests will start the day with Breakfast with the Academy at 7:30 AM on October 3, 2025, followed by a tour of the S&T campus. The tour includes visits to the Glass Shop from 8:30 to 9:00 AM, the CAMT Lab from 9:00 to 9:30 AM, and Protoplex from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. The trip to Spencer Manor Winery will begin with van boarding at 11:00 AM. After lunch, guests and spouses can visit Toomey Hall for the Senior Design Presentations and Department Open House. Registration for this event can be found in the registration link provided above.

AMAE Shirt Order

Members can order an AMAE shirt from the registration link directly. The cost is $40/shirt.

Parking Pass

Parking passes are available upon request. Surface parking is complimentary. Garage parking is available for $10 per day and can be paid during registration. If you require parking, please indicate your preferred option on the registration form.
