Composites Aerostructures Laboratory

We establish a new laboratory within the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in Fall 2025. This laboratory is named the Composites Aerostructures Laboratory. Our goal is to create an environment that supports undergraduate and graduate students, as well as researchers, who are interested in conducting both fundamental and applied research on advanced composite materials. Ultimately, we aim to enhance the reliability of aircraft, spacecraft structures, and other forms of transportation that utilize composites.
