Biography

Dr. BongChul Seo is an Assistant Professor In Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Prior to joining Missouri S&T in 2023, he was a Research Scientist in the Iowa Flood Center and IIHR-Hydroscience & Engineering at the University of Iowa. His area of expertise includes quantitative precipitation estimation using remote sensing data (weather radar and satellite) and its scale-dependent evaluation for hydrologic applications.
