Biography

Nilanjan Chakraborty joined the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Missouri S&T in August 2024 as an Associate Professor. Prior to this he was a William Chauvenet Postdoctoral Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Washington University in St. Louis (2022- 2024). He obtained his Ph.D. in Statistics in 2022 from the Department of Statistics and Probability, Michigan State University. Dr. Chakraborty in the past has served as a reviewer for Journal of Non-Parametric Statistics, Journal of Statistical Theory and Practice, Journal of Multivariate Analysis.
