Parking
The Workshop will be held in the Havener Center on the Missouri S&T Campus. Visitors may park in the campus H-Lot (H-37) with a visitor parking permit. This lot is a ~3-5 minute walk from the Havener Center. Visitor parking permits will be sent electronically to registrants and will need to be printed and displayed prominently in the front windshield. Please note: current Missouri S&T students and faculty are not eligible to receive a parking pass, please see below parking options.
Missouri S&T faculty and students may park at the metered parking spots, and in meter spots in an underground parking garage is available for parking near the Havener Center on campus. See the below 2023-2024 Missouri S&T Parking map.
Missouri S&T Parking Options
Street parking is available along St. Patrick’s Lane, and is available throughout most of Rolla. Please keep in mind most street parking options besides St. Patrick’s Lane have a maximum parking time of 2 hours (marked). All other campus lots are permit-entry only and are subject to citation. Campus lot enforcement hours are between 7:30AM and 4:30PM.
Check-In
On the morning of August 7th, you must check-in at the registration desk on the 2nd floor of the Havener Center (at the entrance of the St. Pat’s Ballroom) to pick up your name tags. The workshop begins at 8:45AM, so please arrive early (around 8:15AM) for check-in. If you are presenting a poster, please bring it with you to check-in on the morning of August 7th to be assigned a spot. Room locations and information about the Havener Center can be found on pages 8-9 of the workshop proceedings.
You must check in to receive a name badge. Travel grant recipients must check in to the registration desk both days of the workshop.
