Dr. Ming Leu, the Keith and Pat Bailey Missouri Professor of Integrated Product Manufacturing, has won the International Freeform and Additive Manufacturing Excellence (FAME) Award. The award is sponsored by the International Solid Freeform Fabrication Symposium, a conference on additive manufacturing research.

Dr. Ming Leu received the 2018 Milton C. Shaw Manufacturing Research Medal. The award from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers recognizes significant fundamental contributions to the science and technology of manufacturing processes.
