Our Mission
Our mission is to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationship between emerging technologies and national security. We aim to foster an environment where rising national security professionals can not only expand their skill set but also dive deep into the multifaceted dynamics of how evolving technologies intersect with the critical domains of national security. Through a range of workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, our week-long intensive course will empower attendees to navigate the landscape of emerging technologies, enabling them to proactively secure our nation’s interests in an increasingly connected and complex world.
About the College
Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) is a STEM-focused research university of over 7,000 students located in Rolla, Missouri. The College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) is committed to enriching student development and enhancing Missouri S&T’s traditional technological disciplines, as well as developing new programmatic areas within the college. In order to fulfill this mission, CASE offers a unique mix of traditional liberal arts and humanities, natural and physical sciences, education, and military science disciplines. The college includes the departments of applied mathematics; arts, languages, and philosophy; biological sciences; chemistry; education; English and technical communication; history and political science; physics, and psychological science. CASE also includes S&T’s Air Force ROTC and Army ROTC programs.
