About Me

Hello, my name is Peyton Odum and I am currently an undergraduate student at Missouri University of Science and Technology. As of now I am involved in research at the Electromagnetic Compatibility Lab, and I am the Station Manager for the Amateur Radio Club(W0EEE) on campus.

My expected graduation is the Spring of 2026, after which I plan to pursue a master’s degree in electrical engineering. Most of my recent work pertains to circuit design, antenna design/simulation, and decoupler capacitor imaging/measurements.

My personal interests and hobbies lie in that of amateur radio (namely POTA), circuit design, firmware/hardware interface, 3D printing, reading, and hiking. Since the early days of my childhood I have been highly interested in STEM. Before I started school at this college I attended Marion High School in Marion, Illinois, where I was a member in the FIRST robotics club.

Currently, I am pursuing my goal of becoming an engineer that works on the design and implementation of high-speed/communication circuits.
