S-STEM Scholarship
The S-STEM scholarship program is designed to provide financial assistance and experiential learning opportunities to academically talented students. The program offers students the opportunity to engage in enlightening research that enables them to learn about the research process, expand their knowledge in an area they’re interested in, and explore the possibilities of graduate school. Award
- Scholarship recipients will receive up to $10,000 per year.
- Up to three years as undergraduate
- A fourth year as accelerated MS/GTP
- The amounts are based on financial need, and up to:
- Fall and Spring: $4,000
- Summer: $2,000*
- *Contingent upon enrollment in at least one summer class or one hour of research
Eligibility
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
- Demonstrated financial need as determined by FAFSA
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Must have completed at least 40 hours toward degree program
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
