While site content and design support is not offered due to the volume of users and sites expected, this system runs on WordPress, a CMS that powers 43% of the internet as of 2022. Other Support Topics
You can request some common actions on your site by filling out a form. Requests are handled in the order they’re received and will generally be completed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Complex requests like subdomain setup may take longer since coordination with the hosting provider is necessary.
Reset Your Site
Reset your site to a blank state and start over. Resets allow you to keep your URL, but delete all content and customization.
Delete Your Site
Delete your site to remove it from our network. This also parks the URL you used and prevents others from using it.
Move Your Site
Move your site to a subdomain, like example.mst.edu. Only some sites qualify for subdomains.
If you have a question about sites.mst.edu not addressed here, please email websupport@mst.edu.
