- Quantum magnetism in atomic correlated spinor systems (quasiparticle formation, control of spin waves)
- Non-equilibrium quantum dynamics of strongly correlated atomic mixtures and quantum phase transitions
- Dynamics of nonlinear excitations such as solitons, vortices, rogue waves and dispersive hydrodynamic excitations
- Dynamics of few-body atomic multicomponent systems
- Light-matter interacting systems (atoms immersed in cavities) with a focus on exploiting light-matter, photon-photon and atom correlations
