To Print:

  • Click on the Print button at the top of the Netscape window, or Select Print from the File menu using the mouse, or Hold down the Command and P keys simultaneously from the keyboard.
  • Check that the proper Printer Name appears in the resulting print dialog box. If not, ask for assistance or move to another computer.
  • Press the Return key from the keyboard, or Click with the Mouse on the Return button in the print dialog box, to begin printing.
  • Note: the printer may take a while to print your document if someone else has sent something ahead of you from another computer. If the green LED on the printer is flashing, it is preparing a document for printing.
  • Do NOT continue to re-send the print command if your document does not appear immediately. This will result in multiple, unwanted copies being printed.

To Cancel Printing:

  • Click on Cancel button instead of Print in the print dialog box, using the mouse, or
Press the Command and period keys simultaneously from the keyboard
